Brisbane Lions offer fans chance to win biggest 50-50 charity raffle in Australian history
The build-up to the 2022 Toyota AFL Finals Series has never been more exciting, with the Brisbane Lions looking to set a new fundraising record in the final three home games this season.
Brisbane Lions chief executive Greg Swann says that for the first time ever, fans will have the chance to win a guaranteed Big Cash prize at three Brisbane Lions home games, each benefiting a different charity .
“At this weekend’s game, one lucky fan will have the chance to pocket a guaranteed $20,000, and the funds raised will also support MND&Me,” he said.
“In Round 23, the third and final cash prize will be $50,000 and raffle proceeds will support the Brisbane Lions Academy.
“This is an important fundraising initiative for the Brisbane Lions and our Academy, as funds raised from the final raffle will help create scholarships with the Lions Academy and purchase equipment and other valuable resources to help develop future AFL and AFLW players for the Club. ”

Since the start of the raffles, more than 38,000 hours have been donated by over 9,500 volunteers to help sell raffle tickets and raise funds for worthy causes.
