Overview
Saturday’s game in Johannesburg will see Munster play their game in hand over Leinster and Ulster as Johann van Graan’s men look to close the gap on the top two in the URC table.
The two teams directly below Munster in the table, Glasgow and Edinburgh, play each other at Scotstoun on Friday night, so it’s a big weekend for the chasing pack. See the latest rankings here.
Munster are hoping for a strong start to the clash after a poor opening against the Bulls ultimately cost them the game. A superb fightback saw Munster claim a losing bonus point thanks to tries from Alex Kendellen, Damian de Allende and Jack O’Donoghue but an 80-minute performance will be needed to win in Johannesburg.
